DO I NEED A FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL TO USE THE VIDEOS?
Nope! That's the beauty of these Video Manuals. Once downloaded they come with everything you need to have a successful disassembly, inspection, and reassembly. Each Video Manual comes with a specific list of tools, part numbers, and Honda service specs, as well as a worksheet to help you keep track of your build as you follow along. Having a factory service manual in your garage is never a bad investment when it comes to performing other maintenance tasks, but you do not need one to use our video manuals.

WHAT IS/ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE HONDA CRF 450R AND THE CRF 450X IN THE VIDEOS?
The main difference is that the CRF 450X has a starter system on the engine and we cover how to disassemble and reassemble this system in a document included in your download. There is also a difference on the 2008 to 2012 CRF 450X models in which an auto decompression system replaces the manual decompression system, and we include a document in your download that details how to disassemble and reassemble this system as well. There are also subtle differences in service and torque specifications for the different model years and we have all the correct information for each respective model year in its video. We use a 2004 Honda CRF 450R in our video manuals to demonstrate visually all of the steps throughout the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly process, but we cover everything according your model year's needs in your respective video manual.
